Each “MOTORCYCLES 82” kit is a unique, handmade piece, produced in a limited and numbered series from zero/29, sold exclusively by Ancillotti Motorcycles.
All modifications are crafted manually and may feature slight imperfections due to the hand-crafted production process.
The graphic concepts are developed by the Ancillotti Style Office, with the consultation of the brand’s historical founder, Alberto Ancillotti, who has personally signed each transformation kit.
The graphics are airbrushed by hand in Florence by Mau Design, a specialist known for designing helmet graphics for many Moto GP riders.
The production process of the “MOTORCYCLES 82” kit begins with the smoothing of the side panels, dashboard, and front shield, followed by airbrushed graphics, two coats of glossy catalyzed clear paint, a final sanding, and a last coat of catalyzed paint in either matte or glossy finish, depending on the kit’s specifications.
The aluminum “MOTORCYCLES 82” inscription is milled, tumbled, and brushed, while the tags are printed on sublimated aluminum.
All work is handcrafted in the Florence area through a certified supply chain.
The kit comes with a certificate of warranty and authenticity in both physical and digital format, accessible on the website www-ancillotti.com/kit-scooter, where the frame number of the customized Ancillotti Lambretta, the kit production date, and its customization specifications are recorded.
Each “MOTORCYCLES 82” kit features an aluminum plaque identifying the kit and its limited-edition number, with Alberto Ancillotti’s signature hand-stamped onto it.

It was the early 1980s when Ancillotti initiated a groundbreaking transformation in style and innovation for all motorcycles linked to the world of Cross and Enduro. This Ancillotti tuning kit for the new Lambretta is dedicated to the Enduro, Cross, Regolarità, and Competition motorcycle models produced by the historic Florentine brand in 1980, 1981, and 1982. These motorcycles, featuring multicolor stripe liveries, were produced in various engine displacements 50, 80, 125 and 250 c.c. and were highly appreciated throughout Europe, especially in Spain and France, where Iberian and French riders raced them in their respective National Championships. These models achieved such great success in France that the distributor Mantovani Stock Express ordered a limited series of 50 c.c. motorcycles with a kick-start system, as required by French road regulations at the time. More than 300 units of this particular series were produced. In Spain, through the distributor Martignac, over two thousand motorcycles of the "Chianti Yellow," as the Ancillotti brand was nicknamed abroad, were sold between 1980 and 1982. The color schemes used for these models were the same across all engine sizes: orange, red, and black. The 1980 models with a 50 c.c. engine included the CRM 50 with a Minarelli engine and the AC/SM with a Morini 50 engine. In 1981, the AM 50 RC with a Minarelli 6V 50 c.c. engine and the SMC Minarelli 50 with a 50 c.c. engine were introduced. That same year, the RG with a water-cooled Hiro 125 c.c. engine, the CRH with a water-cooled Hiro 125 c.c. engine, and two larger displacement models the PSV 250 RG with a Villa 250 MX 250 c.c. engine and the CHR Cross with mixed cooling and a Hiro MX 250 c.c. engine were also released. In 1982, two more models were introduced: the P.S.RG 80 with a Minarelli 80 c.c. engine and the P.S.MX 80 with a Minarelli 80 c.c. engine. The 1980-81 models featured a steel closed double cradle frame, tapered roller steering, and a swingarm mounted on Silent-Blocks, while the 1981-82 models had a closed double-cradle frame made of CR-MO steel, tapered roller steering, a swingarm mounted on Silent-Blocks, and the innovative Pull-Shock system, patented by Ancillotti (No. 9607 A80, 1980). This revolutionary suspension system by Ancillotti was later universally adopted, not only on all modern Cross motorcycles but also on road and track bikes, including the most prestigious Moto GP models. The motorcycles featuring the Pull-Shock system were presented at the 47th edition of the International Cycle and Motorcycle Show, EICMA in Milan, in 1981. Since the late 1980s, the Pull-Shock system has also been used by Ancillotti on all MTB Competition, Downhill, and Enduro bicycles, achieving consistent and significant competitive results at both national and international levels. The "MOTORCYCLES 82" kit is a tribute to the multicolor graphics of those years. The kit is entirely hand-crafted in the Florentine region in a limited and numbered edition, zero/29.
